sl/pb request post!
post an anon comment here if you're looking for lines, specific or not, or if you're unsure of which pb to bring in. if you'd prefer commenting with your journal, go right ahead all though we feel the anonymous route seems to be easiest for most!

doing the same thing in the same fashion over and over again gets tiring and we're sure this is no news to you. these annoying first posts are definitely part of what's tiring us as far as rp goes so we'll spare you and get down to the nitty gritty: though location (in this case, seattle, wa) is considered important to a community, we feel as though sparing you our version of what wikipedia could say far better is time consuming thus we'll link to an explanation below and continue onward. to apply, you'll need either a list of 5-10 facts explaining a bit about your character or examples. your un and sn will both need to be ic and not only a recent friends only post should be in whatever journal you choose to use but a scene/sl request post explaining your preferences as far as sceneing goes as well, ie: scene/sl request post - threading preferred though aim works as well, random ims welcomed, open to any new sls. for the time being, there will be no cap on challenges however, if we notice an over abundance of one specific pb we will cap that pb and ask that no more challenges be made.
one twist we've decided to try out is a pre-set introductory post. almost everyone (ourselves included) hates the task of introing after first adds have been done and at times, we fight over who will go first and break the ice. in an attempt to ease everyone's nerves about being witty and trying to find something appealing to post, below in the text box you'll find some "ice breaker" questions for you all to use. choose 5 of the 10 options and, after adds have been completed, answer your chosen questions and post them in the main community as your intro. the questions we've chosen will give everyone a bit of insight on who your character is and will take away the anxiety we know we personally feel when scraping for something amusing to post. if we're all posting similar intros tweaked to fit our characters specifically, there won't be much room for feeling inadequate to someone's "funnier" or "wittier" post and, at the same time, you'll learn a bit more about everyone's character than you could from their 5-10 facts!
